Where can i find a bright pink blush (high quality!) for $18 or under?

Kind of like m.a.c.s new hello kitty blush in 'tippy'. I'm not planning on wearing this out , but I thought it would be fun to experiment with.

Please don't bother saying it's a waste of money or telling me to go to walmart. It won't be worth it in the long run.Where can i find a bright pink blush (high quality!) for $18 or under?
honestly for 18 dollars the only high quality blush i could find other than mac is the sephora brand blushes for 10 bucks and urban decay blush for 17.

I would just stick with MAC since they have so many different shades

but here's the link if you find anything good.

Bare Minerals has some pretty bright blushes but the color I find that closest to that is actually $19 from Makeup Forever in Fuschia 26 (it has some slight blue undertones like Tippy), but if you just want some fun, bright colors, go for the Bare Minerals. Good luck!
Avon's Mark line as really fun colors, I use their syndey kit which includes four lip glosses, an eye shadow combo and a bright pink blush
Bourjois is an excellent brand with reasonably priced cosmetics, which are high quality and very wearable.
Clinique's Blushing blush powder blush. Try iced lotus or cupid. Natural, but very buildable $18.50
